During this unprecedented time, we are continuously monitoring the latest news and guidelines. We have implemented Covid-19 health practices in line with Government and HSE recommendations.

We can be contacted by phone or email during this period for normal opening hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:00pm. In line with Government regulations our staff are working from home but we remain fully operational.

Delivery Orders

We are providing a nationwide delivery service right to your home or office. The delivery timings may be extended to 48 hours on next day service. Customers will be notified directly of any potential delays.

Our drivers are taking extra precautionary measures at all points in the delivery process, and we’re making every effort to get you the supplies you need, when you need them.

We have established new safety measures for our drivers, including arming them with sanitizer, practicing social distancing and no longer requiring customers to sign for deliveries.

We are Complying with all customer requests to change delivery addresses and drop-off locations.

Lead-times are as per the website lead time stated on the product page if not contacted to state otherwise.

Each online account can have multiple delivery addresses, which can be amended, meaning we can deliver orders direct to any account user.

In some cases a third party delivery charge may apply. This is only if absolutely necessary and charged at a minimum
